GOLD PRESS RELEASE
FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE
RON POWERS Receives Gold Service Recognition
RON POWERS of Prudential California Realty in Oxnard, CA was just granted Quality Service Certified® Gold status in recognition of the exceptional service satisfaction as measured by Leading Research Corporation and the Quality Service Assurance Survey©.
“No professional achievement is as important as the delivery of exceptionally satisfying service and Quality Service Certified Gold status recognizes the delivery of exceptional client service satisfaction,” according to Larry D. Romito, President and CEO of Quality Service Certification, Inc.
Quality Service Certified status is the only service recognition in the real estate industry based upon independently validated, measurable service results. “Consumers have greater confidence in service reliability, results and satisfaction with a Quality Service Certified real estate professional,” Romito adds.
The QSC professional follows a proven and prescribed service process, presents that process in writing to every buyer and seller, guarantees its performance and agrees to have every client receive a Quality Service Assurance Survey at the end of each transaction. The client feedback from those surveys becomes part of the real estate professional’s credentials. And for the first time consumers have the ability to select a real estate professional based upon a validated record of service satisfaction.
Romito continues, “What is more important to a prospective client in selecting a professional than the service results achieved with past clients? Ron is among the top 2-3% agents in the nation who deliver exceptional service satisfaction.”
Quality Service Certification, Inc. of San Juan Capistrano, California is the leading firm in service process delivery and measurable quality control in the real estate industry. Company spokesperson can be contacted at (949) 481-4438 or www.qualitycertified.org.

Mr. Ron Powers

On behalf of my family and myself, we would like to extend a huge Thank You to Ron Powers. I cannot imagine another realtor doing a better job. To say that Ron went above and beyond the call of duty is an understatement. If it was not for Ron’s tenacity, I would have given up long ago.
Even though I was frustrated and discouraged, Ron never lost faith. Thank you Ron for giving up your lunch hours and your weekend plans so that my family and I were able to purchase our perfect home.
I would recommend Ron Powers to anyone without hesitation. If I should need a realtor again in the future… Ron you are hired.
Sincerely,
Lammathou Nanthavong

Mr. Ron Powers, Realtor
Prudential California Realty
Dear Ron,
This letter is a small token of recognition for your fine work on our behalf in the sale of our property in Oxnard, California.
As you well know, the sale of a property just begins when a buyer makes an offer that is accepted. There is a tremendous amount of paperwork, involvement of banks, escrow, seller interests and other third party involvement that must be managed. This is where a real estate agent truly earns his or her commission.
A buyer or seller looks at an agent as broker of property. However, a good agent is a partner in the real estate transaction. You understand that concept. You operate as if the property was your own and you have true equity in exceeding the expectations of all of the parties. Sellers and buyers are extremely emotional at this time and it takes real art to help them control those emotions while handling very private matters for them. You have done an outstanding job of balancing the interests of the buyers, their agent, your own agency and, of course, ours.
Your daily calls to report on progress and see if we had any concerns were comforting and not intrusive. As you know, there is a fine line between comfort and intrusion in these situations.
The tactical aspects of a real estate transaction can be taught. You can even teach the strategies of client satisfaction. You cannot teach the appropriate application of those strategies, their timing and the tone of delivery. You have that skill set and that is what sets you apart from the mechanisms in your business.
Please feel free to use this letter in any of your real estate dealings. You made a very difficult business simple and satisfying by being a true real estate professional. Thanks for an outstanding job from writing the Listing Agreement to the Closing.
Best regards,
Al and Goldie Baumann

Re: Letter of Reference
Dear Ron,
I am writing this letter of reference for recognition for your fine work on my behalf locating a home in Oxnard near Silverstrand Beach. Your representation on my behalf to relocate ensured a smooth transition. I was especially impressed by your diligence in understanding my requirements and finding the right home for me. Obviously, I would not be in my dream beach house if it weren’t for your patience and hard work in showing me multiple homes and constantly searching the listing for homes that fit my preferences. The fact that you called me to tell me about my current home the day before it even listed on the market solidly exemplifies your dedication to top customer services.
I was always informed with your calls to report the progress once escrow began, and your expertise of real estate transactions and the timing of critical documentation ensured a smooth business transaction. Also, the many times that you went to the house on my behalf to assist me with various moving tasks (such as meeting the carpet installer or dealing with the home inspector) proved to me that you really cared about making sure my home purchase and relocation went off without a hitch.
In closing, thank you for your real estate skills and top-notch customer service from the time you started showing me properties to the moment you handed me the key. Even after the purchase has closed, you haven’t stopped providing me with great service (as shown by the great referrals you have recommended to me for various home services, such as maid services, carpets, etc).
Please feel free to use this letter in any of your real estate dealings. Also, any of your potential clients may contact me directly if they have any questions about your service that they would like answered. Thanks for an outstanding job. I will definitely refer you to any of my associates, friends and family if they should need a true professional to represent their needs.
Best regards,
Matthew Beckler
