A buyer or seller looks at an agent as broker of property.  However, a good agent is a partner in the real estate transaction.  You understand that concept.  You operate as if the property was your own and you have true equity in exceeding the expectations of all of the parties.  Sellers and buyers are extremely emotional at this time and it takes real art to help them control those emotions while handling very private matters for them.  You have done an outstanding job of balancing the interests of the buyers, their agent, your own agency and, of course, ours.

Your daily calls to report on progress and see if we had any concerns were comforting and not intrusive.  As you know, there is a fine line between comfort and intrusion in these situations.

The tactical aspects of a real estate transaction can be taught.  You can even teach the strategies of client satisfaction.  You cannot teach the appropriate application of those strategies, their timing and the tone of delivery.  You have that skill set and that is what sets you apart from the mechanisms in your business.
